The purpose of the Case Management Program is to provide free support to survivors of sexual violence as they continue their healing process and regain stability and power in their lives. This service is designed to empower, educate, and incorporate different resources to help the survivor reach their personal goals.

Helping You Reach Your Goals
The Case Management program is a partnership between the client and case manager where individual goals are identified utilizing assessments and SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, Timely) goal planning. Clients can attend sessions that are in person, virtual, or by phone. Sessions are typically held weekly or bi weekly, depending on the client’s need. Areas of assistance can include but are not limited to: budgeting, education or employment, personal needs, or self empowerment programs.
Goals of the case management program include:
- To provide free support to survivors of sexual violence as they continue their healing process and regain stability in their lives.
- To empower, educate, and incorporate different resources to help the survivor reach their personal goals.
- To inspire, collaborate, and teach in hopes of reinforcing resilience and helping the client propel forward.
