At Clove Alliance, we’ve been confronting sexual violence and supporting survivors for more than 35 years. We are thrilled to share our strategic plan for the next two.

STRATEGIC PLAN SUMMARY

Our new strategic plan is a blueprint that charts our course for 2024 – 2026 with clarity, purpose, and determination. The main milestones on this journey are to strengthen our team, spread our reach further, and better serve communities that are often overlooked. GOAL 1: STRENGTHEN WORKFORCE AND EMPLOYEE RETENTION

Strategy 1: Provide employees with loyalty increases (when budget allows) to ensure compensation remains competitive while aligning with our budgetary constraints.

GOAL 3: OPTIMIZE SERVICES FOR UNDERSERVED COMMUNITIES

Strategy 1: Engage with Individuals with Disabilities and their Providers

Activities:
• Hold FIRST Collaboration Meetings
• Develop a training & education plan for individuals with disabilities and/or
providers

Strategy 2: Expand Awareness throughout Rural Service Areas

Activities:
• Conduct targeted outreach and engagement efforts in the
communities surrounding rural communities.
• Implement data collection processes to track the impact of satellite
offices on reaching underserved populations.
