Sexual Harassment Prevention Training

Illinois law requires all employers to provide at least one hour of sexual harassment prevention training to every employee each year. Clove Alliance offers free in-person trainings that not only helps your business meet state requirements, but also fosters a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace. Our sessions are up-to-date with the latest labor laws and include practical strategies for preventing and addressing harassment. We host open virtual sessions throughout the year—visit our Events page for upcoming dates.

Organizations with 8 or more employees can schedule a private session tailored to their team by emailing outreach@clovealliance.org.

Sexual Violence Response Training For First Responders

Join us for an interactive and compassionate learning experience designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills to better support survivors of sexual violence. This free training will introduce you to our survivor-centered services and resources, while deepening your understanding of how trauma can impact memory and recall. You’ll learn best practices for responding to disclosures with empathy and care, along with trauma-informed questioning techniques that help foster safety, trust, and empowerment.
